The new Compleo Archivor is now available! Supports all common document types, is 10 times faster and can securely publish documents to the web!
Compleo Archivor allows users to store all their documents (invoices, payroll, purchase orders ...) in most convenient formats such as, XLS, XLSX, XML, jpeg, BMP, Word ... and of course PDF. . Archived documents are easily accessed for viewing, printing or emailing via a web browser.
Archivor 4.8 has an optimized database structure that increases search response time by a factor of 10 and improved document security rules. The administration is made more efficient by allowing the setting of security access to documents at an individual level.
Additionally, document life cycle management improvements automate document specific rules for active archiving, sunsetting and deleting. And Archivor 4.8 improves compliance with legal regulations by allowing the tracing of all the documents to their original reports and annotation of documents with comments or attached files is now possible.
The user interface can be customized with a default search model and the addition of a company logo and archiving and document search has been made simpler and more intuitive.

How to publish a document in Compleo Archivor 4.8?
Compleo Archivor 4.8 allows the publication of archived documents without opening the documents or sending them by mail. You can now publish any document to a secure URL and send the URL to a list of recipients of your choice.
Publish your archived documents using the Publish feature. After conducting a document search you can select a document for publication by clicking on "Other Actions" and selecting "Publish."
A window will open letting you know if the document is already published. If it is not, you can click "Publish this document”. The publication URL will be displayed and you will then have the option to send the URL from the tab "Send the URL”. You can republish a document or stop publishing at any time.
