How to process small and large spool files at the same time?

The Compleo Supervisor (Administrator) version 4 allows you to process more than on task at a time, from two different outqueues. The documents in the same outqueue are processed sequentially. However, in an OutQ, some large spool files can take a long time to process, preventing smaller files (that can be processed quickly) from being processed.  

To remedy this problem a user can create a scenario moving large spools into a different outqueue, using the number of pages as a condition. For example, the condition will be > 10 pages. Moving large files is instantaneous and allows smaller files to be processed faster.


How to use variables to save your documents into an organized folder structure in Compleo Suite ?

You can use variables to create a structure of folders and sub-folders, making it easier to search for and save file. You can use original file properties, information contained in the text, and/or external data as variables.

For example, to save invoices, the following structure can be used: a folder for the year, followed by a sub-folder for the month containing another sub-folder per customer in which invoices can be saved. This can be done automatically using variables in Compleo Suite.
