How to enhance document management in Compleo Archivor?
Use the function list in the administration part of Compleo Archivor.
Create a list called “typedoc” and insert the different document types into it. Include this list in your future search forms, as mandatory parameter for the search using filters or as an optional parameter for the end user. This process will save you valuable time.
