Our training options include:
Onsite Training
With onsite training, an experienced technical trainer will visit your location and will teach you and other employees how to effectively utilize your Symtrax solutions. Our trainers can work with your data in order to make the training session more relevant to your needs, or alternatively a standard training agenda can be utilized to demonstrate a product's basic or advanced concepts. Depending on your solution, we recommend two to four days of onsite training.
Live Web Training
Directly from the comfort of your own desk, Symtrax offers live web training, an information packed session delivering basic and advanced training to your organization. Our Technical Trainers can follow a standardized curriculum or tailor the training to suit your needs. Classes are offered at a variety of times for either an individual or group.
Product E-Training
Fifteen self-paced classes are available on the Symtrax Training Site for the Output Management solution, Compleo. Users are able to teach themselves by walking through each step of the most commonly used features and functionalities. Access to the training site can be purchased in one-year increments per user or through an unlimited company license.
