Symtrax today announced the release of a new version of Compleo Layout; a module to Modernize, Redesign and Enrich ERP Output Documents. Compleo Layout 4.11 allows Enterprises to improve current ERP output documents and business forms easily and intuitively using a powerful visual interface.
Some of the key new functionality include: 2D barcodes, defining relative position of document elements to handle dynamic spool content, repetitive formatting on several rows and adding tables and formatting conditions to the spool text. All these and more allow redesigning templates without programming or graphic design expertise.
Compleo Layout also facilitates the changing of a PDF's layout, look and feel, and text properties without the need of expensive editing tools. For example you can add, images, watermarks, time stamps to PDF's as well as calculations and business information from external data sources. Compleo Layout empowers marketing and operational staff to better communicate with customers and vendors without the need for the IT staff to reprogram an ERP's original output.
