With approximately 70 people in 6 offices, the size of our teams allows for excellent internal communication and local management. Furthermore, our employees have a global understanding of the company, its operation and of the responsibilities of each office.
The proximity between the different offices allows for a certain versatility, with employees learning from one another. Nobody is confined to a set task or a function! Everyone is involved and active in the overall project of the company which is flexible and has a short decision-making process, specific to SMEs.

With 6 offices worldwide, in North America, Europe and Asia, Symtrax has an international presence which offers its customers a considerable advantage. Internally, we are in regular contact with the different offices, to exchange on specific practices of each country. Our teams are also multicultural, allowing for a stimulating environment that allows for professional and personal enrichment.
All offices are designed with open spaces to encourage communication and facilitate interaction (or idea exchange) among your peers or colleagues. There are no physical barriers between the teams and the hierarchy! Weekly remote meetings are organized to coordinate practices and discuss projects. Technical and commercial seminars are held every year for employees to meet, share knowledge and exchange best practices of each country.

The software market is very dynamic and brings about new and evolving challenges, as such, we have set ourselves a goal since 2008 to innovate and offer new ideas every semester. We value enterprising minds. New ideas can come from anyone – anywhere – and everyone is encouraged to innovate and try new things. We all learn to think in advance, to anticipate, to invent...
