Compleo Hybrid now includes SaaS support, such as electronic data interchange (EDI) and digital signature.
The new version of our online signature solution comes with additional features. These allow users to transfer signatures according to the number of signers on each document and to add comments, among other actions.
In terms of workflow, Compleo WebSign stores documents in the cloud and keeps consultations separate from your IT setup. This applies both to internally-produced documents and those for external partners. After each recipient has signed and approved using double authentication, the final PDF is locked with a digital certificate. Because of this, it can no longer be modified, keeping its contents secure.
Furthermore, Compleo WebSign lets you add a proof file after the signature process is complete. This file contains various metadata, including the IP address, time stamp, GPS location, email address or phone numbers of each person signing.
Ultimately, Compleo WebSign allows you to manage complex workflows with a single seamless solution. Call on internal and external recipients using a custom process, all in complete security. With this latest update, Symtrax continues to support changing business needs for greater efficiency.
