Symtrax, a digital document management provider, is announcing a new version of Compleo Suite, its flagship solution. Version 7.14 introduces the Supervisor Application Insight feature. By automating personalized progress reports in the Compleo Supervisor module, this new function allows users to see process details at a glance.
Always attentive to its customers, Symtrax has integrated several features into its roadmap to reflect requests made during Customer Day in September 2019. The new version thus makes it possible to automatically receive relevant information by email as documents are processed. Whether weekly or daily, Compleo can send a .csv file to a list of recipients as defined by the user.
These activity reports allow each recipient to quickly confirm a document’s status, simply by checking their inbox. For example, companies can easily see how many invoices have been sent by email.
The Supervisor engine interface has also evolved to facilitate monitoring, offering a tab of statistics, including tables and graphs. With this addition, verifying automated processes is simplified for faster response times in the event of system failure.
Finally, Compleo's format conversion module now produces structured files in JSON. Less demanding and more user-friendly, this format allows for easy integration with billing platforms, such as the GST in India.
